白だしで簡単!レンジで作る冷やし茶碗蒸し!
暑い夏にもピッタリ!冷蔵庫で冷やしてから食べる冷やし茶碗蒸しの紹介です。
電子レンジで加熱して調理するので、簡単!
<材料>
♪ほうれん草 1把 ♪エリンギ 1本 ♪鳥もも肉 1枚 ♪卵 3個
<調味料>
♪白だし 大さじ2 ♪水 300cc
<作り方>
①ほうれん草は茹でて食べやすい大きさにカット。エリンギと鳥もも肉も食べやすい大きさに切る。
②卵をボールに割りほぐし、調味料の白だしと水を入れたらザルで濾す。(2回濾すとより滑らかになります)
③滑らかになりました。※
④容器に具材を入れる。
⑤上から※をゆっくり流し入れる。
⑥ふんわりとラップをかけて電子レンジで加熱する。600Wで3分間加熱して、表面のプルプル具合がお好みになるまで少しずつ加熱。
⑦お好みのプルプル具合になったら出来上がり!熱々でも冷蔵庫で冷やして翌日食べてもどちらも美味!
