＜Ingredient ４dishes＞Canned miso mackerel：1can Canned tomato：1can Onion：1/2 Mushroom ：1pack Consomme cube：1piece Cream：50cc Ketchup：1tablespoon Soy sauce：1tablespoon Worcestershire sauce：1tablespoon Sugar：2/1teaspoon Water：200cc Olive oil：1tablespoon
＜How to make＞
①Slice onions and mushrooms.
②Heat olive oil in frying pan, fry onions mushrooms.
③Transfer the fried onion and mushrooms to a pan and add canned and water.
④Here is canned miso mackerel.
⑤ Add canned miso mackerel and consomme cube, simmer for about 15 minutes while stirring.
⑥Add ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce and sugar and simmer for 1 minute.
⑦Finally put fresh cream and boil it a little , the sauce is completed !
