I wrote soon my career has been for fourth year since I had started to make meal prep.When I started, I just copied one’s nice recipe.
But now, I produce original recipe thinking balanced menu by myself.This picture is recent meal prep for one week.

★Chinese cabbage and meat ball soup（just warm before eat)
★Cabbage and carrot pickles with konbu（you can have soon after pickled)
★ Cabbage and pork meat cooked on microwave oven （can have dipped with ponzu easily)
★Salmon Furikake（easy to make by microwave oven)
★Kimpira （keeps 7days more and good for lunch box, too)
★Gratin sauce with chicken and spinach（just boil macaroni and baked with oven before eat)
★Mushrooms, butter and soy sauce flavor （delicious with hot rice)
★Steamed meat dumpling （keep in the freezer and steam as many as you like when you have)
★Korean pancake（with your favorite sauce)
★Fried tuna with salt flavor（good for lunch box, too)
★Paella ingredients（use frozen seafood mix and tomato sauce.Just mix with rice before eat)
You can spend weekdays without cooking if you make meal prep on Sundays… If you return to home late , you can have home made meal.
And this is the best thing what I would like to say.
You can have homemade meal with your children…
