How do you cook thick fried tofu?
Even if you cook it to oden, it is OK. And you can simmer it, and it is delicious to eat as it is.
This time, I cooked it with pork with curry flavor.

<Ingredients>
●Thick fried tofu: 1 ●Pork: 150 g ●Onions: 1/2 pieces ●Curry powder: 1/2 teaspoon ●Men-tsuyu: 2 tablespoons ●Sugar: 1 tablespoon ●Cooking liquor: 1 tablespoon ●Water: 50cc
<How to cook>
①Cut the thick fried tofu to 8 equal parts and slice the onions.
②Prepare pork, which depends on your favorite kinds.
③Put the salad oil in a frying pan, stir fry the onions and pork.
④After adding thick fried tofu, add cooking sake, sugar, Men-tsuyu, water and curry powder, cover the lid and cook for 10 minutes with a low heat.
⑤Finish! When the taste turns on the ingredients!
This is delicious with curry flavor, which make an accent!
